This is a joke, right??

Imagine my surprise when I read the article below. One can't seriously think that the powers that be in China(who are so diligent in their reviews of families hoping to adopt a child) would approve someone like Britney Spears to adopt twins! Is this a case of celebrity special privelege? Is there a way of adopting privately in China? For the love of all that is good please let this be a bunch of bullsh*t tabloid pot stirring.
